Our refund policy has been devised to define the situations under which PIS IT Solutions Private Limited. ("PIS IT Solutions" hereafter) will provide a refund, the procedure for claiming a refund and the responsibility of PIS IT Solutions in circumstances resulting in such a claim.
According to our Refund Policy, our company should obey these rules as well as our clients. Before commencing the deal, we are mentioned here to follow our policy as per our written proof. Kindly read it carefully before taking the next step.
When Do You Qualify for Refunds?
When you file a complaint to PIS IT Solutions, we first try to provide an ideal solution to the issue you are facing. Your case is first introduced to the technical team and then reported further to the experts’ panel. Refund is only made in the extreme circumstances, when nothing good can be done to solve the issue.
While planning for refunds we check for soundness and validity of the case, applying different conditions to it. If these conditions are satisfied, refund may apply*
Important Note: If any of the points mentioned above is found violated, your claim will be considered void. The decision on refunds is final and irrevocable.
Refund Policy Terms:
Full refund: In cases where the project design and/or development work has not been started or if the initial design style has not been approved. The Full Refund policy will initiate only after any payment has been received and will take 60 Days to refund the received amount. The refund amount will never exceed the amount received for the concerned project.
Partial refund: It will be issued as per the judgement of the services provided if we fail to complete the project in accordance with the project delivery policy and contract of agreement. The amount will be calculated by PIS IT Solutions taking into account the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.
No refunds: There will be no refunds if the project has been completed and uploaded on the server. If the client is not satisfied with any level of work, he/she must immediately bring it to the notice of our project manager during the related project development phase, and ask for suitable compensation for the work loss; any negotiations at a later date will not be entertained.
Refund policy is not applicable if the required information for the successful completion of the project is not given to us at proper time. If there is delay or failure in completion of the project due to improper communication from client, it cannot be attributed to PIS IT Solutions. If the information provided by the client is incomplete and/or complete information regarding the project is not provided at the initiation of the project, PIS IT Solutions is not liable to follow its delivery or refund commitments.
There are no refunds on devoted servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.
Changes to this policy
PIS IT Solutions may at any time, without prior notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. You are therefore requested to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of PIS IT Solutions's website after any such amendments automatically implies your acceptance of the same thereof.
